What past experience have you had as staff on Garry’s Mod (List ALL servers, how long, why you're not staff anymore, and how many players played):
Too many to count honestly and I can't name them by heart.


You see a player mass RDM’ing in spawn, how do you IMMEDIATELY deal with the situation?:
First ill take them away from spawn, and jail them. Ask them whats going on, ill warn them. If they mess up again ill ban them for a couple days.


You’re trying to ban a player but his RP name has an odd copy and pasted character that you can’t type, how do you ban the player?:
Go to his steam profile, get his steam ID and ban the ID.


A player threatens to DDOS the server, how do you deal with the situation?:
Instant ban.


Player A calls an admin and says that he was RDM’d by Player B. Player B says in his defense that Player A called him a racial slur. How do you deal with the situation?:
Check the logs for the RDM, if the RDM was present, take his side. 


You just finished a sit and one of the players keeps bothering you about the decision that you made in the sit, what do you do?:
Kick them from the server with a message saying "Don't question my decisions."
