What makes you stand out from other applicants?: Although I don't have expierience, that does mean I have no abusive and or bad past with administrating a server. And due to that I can be taught well to be a great staff member helps greatly. This is why I stand out from other applicants.



What past experience have you had as staff on Garry’s Mod (List ALL servers, how long, why you're not staff anymore, and how many players played): I have not had expierience before, as this is my first time applying for this specific position in a server.



You see a player mass RDM’ing in spawn, how do you IMMEDIATELY deal with the situation?: Quickly freeze/jail the player and perm ban them due to mass RDM in spawn.



You’re trying to ban a player but his RP name has an odd copy and pasted character that you can’t type, how do you ban the player?: Freeze/jail the player, then while he cannot do anything try to ban him from the accounts steam ID.



A player threatens to DDOS the server, how do you deal with the situation?: Perm ban due DDos threats, due to the fact that if he is not perm banned he might actually damage the server by DDos/shutting it down.



Player A calls an admin and says that he was RDM’d by Player B. Player B says in his defense that Player A called him a racial slur. How do you deal with the situation?: Check the logs to make sure all of this happend, and if so warn player A for disrespect/racism and warn player B for RDM.

You just finished a sit and one of the players keeps bothering you about the decision that you made in the sit, what do you do?: I would warn the player for spam and if he continues to become a problem I would kick. If he rejoins and does it again, the punishments will become more serious.
