What makes you stand out from other applicants? :
I stand out from other applicants because i am a experienced staff member i have been staff on four other servers. I'm not a abusive staff member, I will give all players respect if the give respect in return, I'm a active staff member, I don't give friends special treatments i give all players what they deserve.
What past experience have you had as staff on Garry’s Mod :
I have been staff on "Flexbyte Gaming" i'm no longer staff anymore reason (ShutDown) , "Mare Bare Darkrp" (Shutdown) , "Cell Gaming" (ShutDown) , "SixStar Darkrp" (ShutDown) and "Avalanche Gaming" (ShutDown)
You see a player mass RDM’ing in spawn, how do you IMMEDIATELY deal with the situation?:
I would jail the player, I would strip the players weapon's, gag the player then tell him/her why they are being banned and for how long the reason would be "Mass Rdm in spawn" time: Permanently.
You’re trying to ban a player but his RP name has an odd copy and pasted character that you can’t type, how do you ban the player?:
If the name is too odd you should find the steam id but make sure he/she is frozen while searching find the id and execute the ban.
A player threatens to DDOS the server, how do you deal with the situation?:
I would ban the player permanently for: DDOS threats.
Player A calls an admin and says that he was RDM’d by Player B. Player B says in his defense that Player A called him a racial slur. How do you deal with the situation?:
check admin logs to see if the player actually killed the player and if so warn the player for rdm and since you have no proof of the racism warn for them for racism.
You just finished a sit and one of the players keeps bothering you about the decision that you made in the sit, what do you do?: I would give the 3 warnings be for a kick for Constantly bothering me after the sit is done or if in chat i would warn/kick for spam.
