Server time: Unsure of exact time, but for the past week for the whole day, so if I had to guess maybe 26+ hours and counting.

Hours on Garry's Mod: 2015 and counting....

I stand out for one of many other applicants not only because of previous experience in other servers but also that I could possibly do my job at full time prospective making me be very active during the day and night where I can mostly find time suitable. I'm not just saying this to where I get the position of a staff member I dedicate full

time for about a week then slow down. I will grind the meat till I loose a finger or maybe break an arm or something like that.

all servers I have been staff on: DKS Sand it, EGRP, JJ Sandbox, And Xenogen RP

DKS sandbox; 2 months staff time; got shutdown due to being "boring"
EGRP; still staff ;Stands but no players get on for reason to staff it.
JJ Sandbox; 2 weeks staff time; shutdown due to lack of funding
Xenogen; 3 months staff time; Quit job because the server randomly switched to a zombie rp. no one played after that.

Mass Rdming Question;

Formal appearance: as all would say "I would handle this situation by immeditly jailing them asking questions then initiate proper punishment"

Under pressure appearance: trying to get to the guy that is still probably killing people when honestly you get tired of them so you kick them or jail them for a bit. if they come back and do it again they should just be banned all In all since you had a good chunk of time to think about what you will do to them.

Let be honest here the pressure one always wins.

You try to ban a player with a character looking like a ß

well there's a few ways,
1. Pressing tab, copying steam ID or kicking/banning them in the tab menu
2. if the person did something via chat then logs/damage logs of copying the name.
3. Telling Another admin that you are not capable of doing this task and simply get them to do it for you. like a little *****.

DDOS threatening player;
Again a few ways around this.
DDOSers can be IP banned or perma banned and still be able to DDOS so how do you deal with him?
Well tell the owner or super admin about the player. while telling them just talk to the person who threatens to DDOS and reason with them a bit.
Or, the other option is assume the 4 year old that screamed this at you is just joking and ignore them.
Also you could take a less tactical or assuming approach and simply go harsh and ban them. but I assure you it will not be very succ-sessful

Player A and B question;
though he might of called him a racial slur it has a chance of being untruthful so unless it was via advert or in ooc then you warn player A for Rdming player B and if there was a witness or two play it safe and ask them what he said and if it matches up then persicute player B for being racist.

Left the sit, prick is on you;
All decisions are final (sometimes) if it's out of control on the subject via mic or something, gag him for a second and tell him with a grim voice that you had made your decision and wish not to change it so stop bothering me or me and you will have a sit of our own in a minute.

Saff abusers;

This is a edgy subject. sometimes players have friends on the server and are just throwing them around and stuff. with the other players consent is this quite reasonable but however if he/she is really abusing powers granted, then tell the person in a higher ranking status to deal with them. as I am of knowing you can lose your position do to this so I would suggestively refrain from this if mainly possible. and if the owner is abusing then who ever said he was is honestly stupid in themselves since it is his server, he really could do what ever he wants. @dustysponge
