What makes you stand out from other applicants? (50 words): I am a young and open minded person, I really enjoy helping out everyone on the server and over the past few days I have been really Inspired by the current Staff Members who have given me the motivation to be the best I can. I think that I have the outstanding qualities that everyone of the Staff Members should be required to have such as: being friendly, being non-bias, and of course most of all honesty.

What past experience have you had as staff on Garry’s Mod (List ALL servers, how long, why you're not staff anymore, and how many players played): I currently am the Staff/Community Manager for a DarkRP server named HammyRP, however we are working on a gamemode so I have a ton of free time and I have also been Mod and Admin on hammy in which we have 30-40 players on. I was an admin on another server which was MethRP, however it was taken down about a year ago where we had a solid 20-30 players on.

You see a player mass RDM’ing in spawn, how do you IMMEDIATELY deal with the situation?: Assuming I have the powers to ban, I would issue them a Perm. Ban

You’re trying to ban a player but his RP name has an odd copy and pasted character that you can’t type, how do you ban the player?: I would open the scoreboard and copy his stead ID and go into !menu and ban him from there.

A player threatens to DDOS the server, how do you deal with the situation?: I would issue a perm. ban

Player A calls an admin and says that he was RDM’d by Player B. Player B says in his defense that Player A called him a racial slur. How do you deal with the situation?: I would first check logs by doing !logs and seeing if Player B did kill him and if he did I would warn Player B. I would then check chat logs to see if he did call him a racial slur, however if there is no evidence that he did call him something racist I would then of course just ask him to be careful about what he says even if he did or did not say anything racist.

You just finished a sit and one of the players keeps bothering you about the decision that you made in the sit, what do you do?: I would kindly ask him to leave me alone and if he starts spamming me in chat I would warn him and if that does not work I would then temp. ban him for harassment.
