What makes you stand out from other applicants? (50 words):
What makes me stand out from the other applicants is my ability to stay calm and make educated choices in heated and stressful situations, and my vast experiences in managing people and events from being staff on several servers, and managing my own CS:GO clan. I will also be able to be on the server for at least an hour everyday.


What past experience have you had as staff on Garry’s Mod (List ALL servers, how long, why you're not staff anymore, and how many players played):
I have been staff on 4 different servers in the past. The first server was Congregation Of The Six Divines Darkrp for about a month, I was admin on this server, it had about 6 players a day, and I am no longer staff on it because the server was closed. The second server was Vanguard Clone Wars RP for about 3 weeks, I was moderator on this server, this server had about 14 players per day, and I am no longer staff on this server because it was closed.  The third server was Melted rp, for 1 week, I was trial-mod on this server, it had about 5 people per day, and I am no longer staff on this server because I resigned when they changed the game mode. The last server was Seagate Clone Wars RP for 2 months, I was Head Of Staff on this server, and I am no longer staff on this server because It has closed.


You see a player mass RDM’ing in spawn, how do you IMMEDIATELY deal with the situation?:
If I saw a player mass RDMing in spawn, I would immediately jailtp him to a secluded area such as a rooftop and strip his weapons. At this point I would interrogate the player and determine if he is a minge or just an ignorant player. If he is a minge I would ban him, but if he was just new to darkrp and didn't know I would tell him to review the rules, let him go, and make sure he understands that next time his actions will have consequences.

You’re trying to ban a player but his RP name has an odd copy and pasted character that you can’t type, how do you ban the player?:
In this situation I could use !menu to ban the player, and if said player left the server i could ban his steam id.


A player threatens to DDOS the server, how do you deal with the situation?:
If a player threatens to DDOS the server I would retrieve his IP address from the logs and warn the player of the legal consequences of conducting a DDOS attack.


Player A calls an admin and says that he was RDM’d by Player B. Player B says in his defense that Player A called him a racial slur. How do you deal with the situation?:
If Player B did call player A a racial slur, then I would warn player A for disrespecting another player, I would then warn player B for RDM, and tell him that he should not have taken matters into his own hands, but should have called an admin instead.


You just finished a sit and one of the players keeps bothering you about the decision that you made in the sit, what do you do?:
If I just finished a sit and one of the players keeps bothering me about the decision I made, I would tell the player that the decision I made is final and will not change.  If the player continues to bother me I would tell him that if he does not stop I will have to warn him for disrespecting a staff member.
