What makes you stand out from other applicants? (50 words):

sponge rp is the most funnest sever in the world me and the admin john like to build big towns and he some times lets me have a car but the one thing i hate is that i am not an admin... i want to spawn my own cars build my own fun house independently and i know that every one is friendly in that sever so i want to be the best admin i can just like john and i have to say dusty is a pretty chill guy.



What past experience have you had as staff on Garry’s Mod (List ALL servers, how long, why you're not staff anymore, and how many players played):

on the sever ninja network a friend gave me admin and see how i did he really did see good and hard work out of me but when the sever got taken down i was looking for another job then thats when this sever came around.





You see a player mass RDM’ing in spawn, how do you IMMEDIATELY deal with the situation?:

give them a warning and tell them to chill and let them talk about what they just did





You’re trying to ban a player but his RP name has an odd copy and pasted character that you can’t type, how do you ban the player?:

A player threatens to DDOS the server, how do you deal with the situation?: ban them as fast as you can!





Player A calls an admin and says that he was RDM’d by Player B. Player B says in his defense that Player A called him a racial slur. How do you deal with the situation?:

let them both talk and if cant figure out the problem warn both and tell them too chill



You just finished a sit and one of the players keeps bothering you about the decision that you made in the sit, what do you do?:

tell them to back off or will give them a warn or ban
