What makes you stand out from other applicants?: I have owned my own server, i know the struggle of trying to raise funds as well as manage the server.




What past experience have you had as staff on Garry’s Mod (List ALL servers, how long, why you're not staff anymore, and how many players played): I have been staff on one server before (only application i have put in until now) I am no longer staff on that server because it has closed due to a lack of funding. I also owned my own server for a year, I closed it recently because I wasn't making enough money off of it. Both servers topped out at around 15 players at a time.






You see a player mass RDM’ing in spawn, how do you IMMEDIATELY deal with the situation?: Freeze the player, jail them, strip them of their weapons. I would then inform them of what they have done to deserve punishment and then i would permaban him/her.






You’re trying to ban a player but his RP name has an odd copy and pasted character that you can’t type, how do you ban the player?: Freeze the player, jail them, then ban them using their steam id.




A player threatens to DDOS the server, how do you deal with the situation?: Instant Permaban




Player A calls an admin and says that he was RDM’d by Player B. Player B says in his defense that Player A called him a racial slur. How do you deal with the situation?: I would first consult the logs to see what is recorded as evidence. Then i would warn player A for racism and warn player B for RDM.

You just finished a sit and one of the players keeps bothering you about the decision that you made in the sit, what do you do?: I would warn the player for harassing a staff member, if he doesn't stop after 2 warns, give him a kick.
