What makes you stand out from other applicants? (50 words): I have a lot more experience with staffing than others.

I have staffed on multiple servers (Grox Gaming,Flash Roleplay,Xenon Gaming) my highest rank being head moderator. I've staffed on a military rp server known as gaming light when it was in beta. I have read over the rules and regulations of this server so I know all of the rules and I can punish those scumbags.

What past experience have you had as staff on Garry’s Mod (List ALL servers, how long, why you're not staff anymore, and how many players played):

I'm still staffing on groxgaming. Gaming Light was in beta stages didn't like the random rule changing( didn't inform us of rule changing so kept false warning). Flash Rp was demoted you have one chance on the server I messed it up by noclipping through homes while on duty. Xenon Gaming lack of funds server was closed for a long time. Grox Gaming = Average 48 Players. Gaming Light = 26 players. Flash Rp= 6-10 players. Xenon= No Players.

You see a player mass RDM’ing in spawn, how do you IMMEDIATELY deal with the situation?:

Immediate ban.

You’re trying to ban a player but his RP name has an odd copy and pasted character that you can’t type, how do you ban the player?:

You ban the id.

A player threatens to DDOS the server, how do you deal with the situation?:

Immediate ban.

Player A calls an admin and says that he was RDM’d by Player B. Player B says in his defense that Player A called him a racial slur. How do you deal with the situation?:

Warn Player A for Player Disrespect.
Unless player A can counteract.
If player b had lied he would get warned for rdm and Lied to staff member.

You just finished a sit and one of the players keeps bothering you about the decision that you made in the sit, what do you do?:

Warn for minging. Kick if repeated

If you see another staff member abusing players without reason and they're just doing it for fun, what do you do?:

Report to a higher staff member or post forums with evidence.
